Team size follows the scope: discovery runs with one or two people, an MVP with a team of three, a full product with four, and a multi-platform build with six. Effort is team size times weeks times a 36-hour week, and launch is the timeline plus two weeks for release and handover.
The engagement size gives a sense of scale without a number. If you want the budget range, the estimator will show it; otherwise we bring it to the first call. Either way, discovery replaces the ballpark with a fixed price before any build work starts.
